Tim is an accomplished Biblical communicator. He has shared sermons in churches and university settings. Tim also has been the keynote speaker in corporate and community settings.
Interim Pastorates
Over the years, Tim has served as a Senior Pastor and as an Interim and Transitional Pastor to multiple congregations ranging in membership from 35 to 2000. He recognizes the need for strong leadership during transition periods.
Teaching
Tim Watson has experience teaching a wide range of subjects in diverse environments. He served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Ethics at LeTourneau University and was a consultant with the LeTourneau University Center for Faith and Work.
Public Speaking
As a former radio announcer and sportscaster, Tim has many years of experience in speaking to public school audiences, athletic teams, banquets, and other special events. Tim will tailor-make his presentation to fit your particular setting.
Leadership Training and Development
Tim is a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with The John Maxwell Leadership Team. John Maxwell is the foremost authority on leadership issues and has authored over 80 books on this topic. Let Tim assist your organization with leadership principles that work from the John Maxwell Team.
Strategic and Long Range Planning
Tim has extensive experience in strategic and long range planning. He has developed long range plans in the churches and organizations he has led and he has written largely in this area having developed his Doctor of Ministry project on this subject.
Fundraising
As a former Major Gift Officer for LeTourneau University, Tim has a wide range of experience in raising funds for non-profit causes. Tim managed a portfolio of over 200 donors and was trained each year at the world-renown Fund Raising School at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Tim can help you raise the necessary resources to meet your organization’s financial goals.
